Junior suites and full suites feature all the amenities described above, as well as separate seating areas and bedrooms. Suites have multiple windows facing downtown Portsmouth. All of our suite lodging receives complimentary bottled water and turndown service.

Executive Room
Executive king rooms feature all the amenities described above, plus either a 5th floor location or a larger room size and a pullout sofa on a lower floor (2-4). Executive double queens feature all the standard amenities plus either a 5th floor location or a larger room size or double corner windows on a lower floor (2-4). All of our executive rooms receive complimentary bottled water and turndown service.

Double Deluxe Queen Room
Our double deluxe queen room is an oversized guest room with two queen beds and two spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows offering either cityscape or garden/river views.

Hotel Amenities

Our Pavilion Lounge is open nightly and is a great place to gather after a day at the office or the beach. Our complimentary shuttle service is available to transport you wherever you need to travel in the Portsmouth NH area.
