Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize the machinery staffs reviewing the production order, allocation works reasonably.
2. Lead the machinery staffs execute the process standard strictly, achieve good quantity and high out-put.
3. Cope with quality problems, decrease production loss, improve production efficiency.
4. Strictly control manufacturing process and machine maintainance, decrease production cost.
5. Accomplishment of other works assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
1. Hard working, good team player.
2. Well management ability, can handle with accidental matters.
3. Familiar with sewing procedures with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
